Leslie is a great dog, playful and active with beautiful golden brown eyes that look like bright polished amber. Her long-legged brothers were adopted a while back, and Leslie is ready to go to a forever home of her own. Email application as she is located at Apple Valley site. She is 5-6 yrs young and probably 50-60# Friendly easy going gal. One of her BFFs is Jeepers - she can be a bit shy at first with some folks and is well worth taking the time to let her trust you. She also plays with Blue Bayou and others of the coonhounds. She and Jeepers would be a great pair to go out together! Please email your application and plan to visit him any Friday or Saturday at our Apple Valley sanctuary - 11 am to 5 pm - or other days by apointment. We go to Petsmart/Walnut on Saturdays from noon to 5 and Petsmart/Monrovia on Sundays from 11 to 4. If you'll email your application so we can get to know your family better, we can help with suggestions for a good fit. We can bring about 10 dogs to the mobile events; those are selected from applicants each week. Obviously, big dogs like him take a lot more room, so we want to be sure someone who has pre-qualified will be meeting/greeting! Looking forward! Locations depend on the personality/age of the dog. If it's a puppy or a shy dog, only Apple Valley sanctuary meets are available. All our dogs are spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a new leash, collar, a coupon booklet from PetSmart and/or Petco, and all medical records.
