Shiloh has lived with one family his whole life and the move to an apartment could not include him. He is friendly, easy going, been fed a bit too much at 44# and 6 years. He's on the 'cut food 50% and supplement generously with green beans!' We'd like him to shed about 9# and then revisit his physique. He can do it! We/You can help! His new BFF is Bongo, a 1 year old chubby male - they've got a weight loss contest going on....anyone want to wager? Put your $ where your green beans are? If you are interested in this pooch, please email us your application at [email removed] so that we may set up a meet n' greet. Locations depend on the personality/age of the dog. If it's a puppy or a shy dog, only Apple Valley sanctuary meets are available. For everyone else, we have mobile adoptions available- please visit our home page for venues. Note: For the mobile adoptions, please email us your application at least 3 days in advance so that we can get to know you and your family. This helps us send compatible pooches. For further info on the adoption process, please visit our home page and check out the "Adopt a Dog" section and follow the instructions. All our dogs are spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a new leash, collar, a coupon booklet from PetSmart and/or Petco, and all medical records.
