Beautiful Nugget is 11 years young and 50#. She has had one home her whole life and not her fault she needs another now. She loves to walk - up to an hour a day. So sad that an adult male aggravated her and caused a bite....and anyone would have bit him under the circumstances. Now she's lost her loving home because there is a 2-year old in the family. She has never ever offered to bite, nip or anything like that in her whole life. Luckily she landed at B&B where all our staff and vols and spending time with her daily - walking, playing fetch (one of her favorite games) and hanging with her peeps. She is alpha as far as other dogs are concerned - and wants to be the only family pet. Ideal for a quiet single person or couple. Visit her at our Apple Valley sanctuary Fridays or Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm; Sundays from noon to 4. Also Petsmart/Walnut in the City of Industry on Saturdays from noon to 5; Petsmart/Monrovia at 745 W. Huntington on Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm. Note: For the mobile adoptions, please email us your application at least 3 days in advance so that we can get to know you and your family. This helps us send compatible pooches. All our dogs are spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a new leash, collar, a coupon booklet from PetSmart and/or Petco, and all medical records.
